Usage & Dosage
How do I take the capsules? Take the recommended dose (listed on the label) daily with water, preferably with food for best absorption.
How do I take the gummies? Simply chew the recommended number of gummies per day. No water needed.
Can I take more than one mushroom product at the same time? Yes, most functional mushrooms complement each other. However, we recommend sticking to the suggested serving size for each product.
How long before I notice results? Most people begin noticing benefits within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Results vary depending on the individual.
Can I take these on an empty stomach? You can, but taking them with food may improve absorption and reduce any mild stomach sensitivity.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take? Regular shipping within the US takes 2–4 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days via USPS Priority. Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous US.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.Â
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If the tracking code isn't updating right away, allow 24–48 hours for it to activate.
Can I change or cancel my order? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been accepted for fulfillment, we're unable to make changes or cancel it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
What if my product arrives damaged? Reach out to us with a photo of the damaged item and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
